Annabel Tiffin is an English broadcast journalist and presenter, currently working as a main presenter and producer for the BBC regional news programme North West Tonight.

Annabel Tiffin presents the main 6:30 pm programme alongside Roger Johnson as well as weekday late news bulletins and the North West edition of the weekly political programme Sunday Politics. Annabel Tiffin started her second stint presenting Politics North West on Sunday 16th May. This edition going out live across the Country on BBC ONE HD.

Annabel Tiffin moved to Manchester in 1990 to begin work at the Stockport Express Advertiser. She moved into local radio, working for Signal Radio in Stoke and BRMB in Birmingham, before becoming a presenter and reporter for the local cable television station Birmingham Live TV, which Annabel Tiffin launched in 1995 as the first person on air. After 18 months, she moved to Central Television in Nottingham and became a reporter and bulletin presenter for Central News East.

Annabel Tiffin joined BBC North West in 2003 as a presenter and producer for the late North West Tonight bulletin on weekdays. She later became a regular stand-in anchor on the main evening programme before becoming a main anchor in May 2012. Alongside regional news, she has also worked on regional current affairs series Inside Out North West and The Politics Show as well as coverage of local and general elections.

Natalie Pinkham was born in Buckinghamshire to barrister mother Joy, and property developer John, Natalie Pinkham and her older DJ brother Sam, who presents the early morning show for Virgin Radio, were raised at the family home in Northants. Natalie Pinkham was educated at Queenswood School, an independent boarding school with fellow presenter and friend Georgie Thompson; and then as a day girl at Rugby School, before studying politics at the University of Nottingham. A capable 800m runner, she gave up the event to study at university.

After graduation, she joined Endemol as a researcher on BBC Two’s Ready Steady Cook, and then as an assistant producer on International King of Sports. She then worked for IMG/TWI as an assistant producer on Superstars.

Moving in front of the camera, she hosted the Isle of Man TT races for Men and Motors, reported from the Tennis Masters Cup in the United States for Sky Sports and fronted Chelsea F.C.’s Blues News. Pinkham co-hosted ITV4’s World Cuppa with Absolute Radio’s Christian O’Connell and BBC Radio Five Live’s Steve Bunce during the 2006 FIFA World Cup; whilst also presenting an internet World Cup show for Nobok Sports site. In recent years Natalie Pinkham has also hosted the International Rugby Awards with Joel Stransky in 2004; the SALSA fashion show in 2004 with Craig Doyle; GOAL’s Aura of Asia fundraising event with Liz Bonnin in 2005 and Extreme Sports Channel’s coverage of the Euro Beach Soccer League and the Beach Soccer World Cup Draw with Eric Cantona in 2006. Along with ITV Fixers ‘The Big Fix’, The Salon Prive dinner and the Boodles Tennis Invitational, all in 2010.

Natalie Pinkham has also been a poker presenter, becoming the face of The Poker Channel for two years – hosting the British Poker Open, the World Cup of Poker, The Scandinavian Poker Awards with Mads Mikkelsen in 2007 and a How to Play Poker DVD for Virgin Games. She also penned interviews with some of the world’s top pros and filmed the European Poker Tour for Challenge and Eurosport.

Scheduled to present Heart London’s Friday evening show from January 2008, on 7 January 2008 it was officially announced that she would be competing in ITV1’s Dancing on Ice, partnered with Russian Andrei Lipanov and being taught to skate by ice legends Torvill and Dean. Natalie Pinkham was reported to earn £35,000 for taking part but exited in Week 2 on 20 January 2008 after a skate-off with ex-Blue Peter presenter Tim Vincent and his partner Viktoria Borzenkova.

In 2009, Natalie Pinkham co-hosted The Goodwood Festival of Speed with Steve Rider and in 2009 and 2010 co-hosted The Goodwood Revival with Craig Doyle and Ben Fogle, respectively. In 2010, Pinkham guest presented Channel 5’s Live from Studio Five and continued to be a regular panelist on The Wright Stuff. She also hosted the World Series of Poker Europe for ESPN.

It was confirmed on 13 January 2011 that Natalie Pinkham was to join BBC Radio 5 Live’s Formula 1 commentary team as a pit lane reporter for the 2011 season – a role she took up beginning with the 2011 Australian Grand Prix.

In December 2011, it was announced she was working for Sky Sports covering the 2012 F1 season. Her main role for the 2012 season was pit reporting throughout the practice sessions, qualifying and the race alongside other commitments like interviews. For 2013, she replaced close friend Georgie Thompson as host of The F1 Show and over following years has become a key member of the Sky Sports F1 team.

In 2021, Natalie Pinkham became the first woman to commentate on a Formula One session on British television when she led Sky’s commentary of first practice at the 2021 Bahrain Grand Prix, working alongside Karun Chandhok and Jenson Button.

Ellie Crisell began as a Newsround presenter in February 2003 shortly after previous chief anchor Becky Jago’s departure. Significant stories which Ellie Crisell reported included the 2004 Indian Ocean earthquake and tsunami in which she travelled to Indonesia to see the effects of the disaster. She also travelled to Athens in Greece to give daily reports on the 2004 Summer Olympics. Ellie Crisell has not presented Newsround since returning from maternity leave, and her profile has been taken off the show’s website. On 12 September 2006, Ellie Crisell appeared on Newsnight, her first non-sports based appearance on BBC News main output.

In November 2006, Ellie Crisell started relief presenting for BBC News. Following a second maternity leave in 2015, Ellie Crisell began presenting South East Today as a stand-in presenter from July onwards.

Angela Scanlon was born in Ratoath, County Meath, Ireland. Her father worked in construction and her mother worked in administration. She has three sisters and attended school in Dunshaughlin, Meath. Angela Scanlon then went on to study business at Technological University Dublin (TU Dublin). After graduating, she spent a period of time travelling, including six months in New York (where she worked in an Irish pub), in Australia, and South East Asia. Angela Scanlon planned to set up a fashion shop upon returning to Ireland.

Angela Scanlon has worked as a stylist and a journalist, before moving into television. She wrote for Tatler, Grazia, Company, U Magazine, and Sunday Times Style magazine. She also writes the column “Out of the Closet” for the Irish Independent’s Weekend magazine. She has been featured in magazines including Vogue, Elle Japan, Sunday Times Style, Company and TWIN.

In 2001, Angela Scanlon was a dancer with the O’Shea Irish Dance Company and appeared in the Irish Thunder show at Busch Gardens Williamsburg in Virginia USA. In 2012, The Irish Times described Angela Scanlon as one of ’10 Irish Instagrammers You Need to Follow’. Angela Scanlon was named as the ‘one to watch’ by Vogue in 2013 and has been cited in The Observer’s regular Why We’re Watching feature as the UK’s new onscreen fashion queen. The Daily Telegraph also commended Angela’s talents in Who’s That Girl. In 2013, she fronted a campaign for Louis Vuitton.

After working on fashion shows Xpose and Off the Rails for RTE and on Channel 4’s Sunday Brunch, Scanlon went on to join RTE’s The Movie Show as a reporter and on The Love Clinic in 2012. Angela Scanlon appeared on the popular The Saturday Night Show with host Brendan O’Connor, in 2013 and 2014.

Angela Scanlon joined the panel of Next Week’s News in February 2014 and also put together a Yahoo! 12-part series Work the Look demonstrating how to pull off key essential looks.

Her first major documentary Oi Ginger! was broadcast in 2014. Angela Scanlon: Full Frontal was her follow-up series airing in October 2014, addressing subjects sometimes considered taboo. Angela Scanlon was featured on Republic of Telly’s Ginger is the New Black in October 2014.

In 2014 she hosted London Fashion Weekend for a third time, a job she took over from Caroline Flack after hosting the Vodafone Live Lounge for the British Fashion Council at the event for two years. Scanlon co-hosts BBC Northern Ireland/RTE’s popular holiday programme, Getaways having taken over from Aoibhinn Ni Shuilleabhain. Angela Scanlon also launched Marks & Spencer’s pop-up Halloween shop with Joanna Lumley in aid of Oxfam.

In November 2016, it was announced that Angela Scanlon, along with Michelle Ackerley, would provide maternity cover for Alex Jones and co-present The One Show with Matt Baker in early 2017. In 2016, she presented her own series, Angela Scanlon’s Close Encounters!, and the documentary, Trump’s Unlikely Superfans, for BBC Three.

In 2017, Angela was revealed as a Garnier ambassador alongside Holly Willoughby and Davina McCall. She did not appear as part of the advertising campaign in 2018, leaving Holly Willoughby and Davina McCall to continue to work with the brand.

In 2018, Angela Scanlon hosted her own BBC Radio 2 show on Sunday mornings from 4–6am. Angela covered for Sara Cox while Sara was covering for Chris Evans on 11 and 15–18 October 2018.

On 16 April 2019, Angela Scanlon started presenting a new 15-part TV series for BBC Two called Your Home Made Perfect. This is a home renovation series that pits the architects Laura-Jane Clark and Robert Jamison against each other to see who can come up with the best design for a problem home. In the series, ground-breaking virtual reality technology and VFX are employed to showcase the two potential renovation solutions, with the couple finally choosing which design to proceed with and build. A second series was commissioned and broadcast from 9 October 2019.
