Aimee Vivian first discovered her passion for broadcasting while studying dance and culture at the University of Surrey, where she threw herself into student radio. Eager to turn this new interest into a career, she gained vital grassroots experience by volunteering at her local community station, MKFM, in Milton Keynes. This early hands-on work helped her hone her presentation skills and develop the lively, engaging on-air personality that would soon catch the attention of major commercial networks.

Her career breakthrough arrived in 2015 when she joined Capital FM, the UK’s prominent hit music network. Initially taking on early morning and weekend shifts, she quickly established herself as a favourite among young listeners. Her consistent energy, relatable humour, and effortless connection with the audience propelled her up the schedule, eventually earning her the highly coveted weekday afternoon slot from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM.

Beyond the daily studio routine, Aimee Vivian has become a staple of Capital’s massive live music events. She regularly hosts and presents from the stages of the network’s flagship concerts, including the Summertime Ball at Wembley Stadium and the Jingle Bell Ball at the O2 Arena. In these roles, she interviews some of the world’s biggest pop stars and anchors live broadcasts for millions of listeners and viewers across the country.

In addition to her prominent radio work, Aimee Vivian has built a successful career as a versatile voiceover artist. Her distinct, warm British tone is frequently heard across major television networks, including ITV, Disney, Channel 5, and MTV, as well as on promotional campaigns for mainstream brands like Sky Sports and Nando’s. This multifaceted approach to media has solidified her status as one of the UK’s most reliable and recognizable contemporary media talents.
