Maddie Moate is a BAFTA Award winning Television Presenter and YouTuber. One of the few female ‘Edu-tubers’ in the UK, Maddie has been hosting educational online content for the past 5 years and has amassed over 20 million views on her YouTube films across multiple science and technology channels.

Maddie Moate also produces videos for her own YouTube channel, where her unique style takes viewers on educational adventures and inspires her family audience to #StayCurious. Maddie’s channel is a hub of quality children’s content, packed with films on beekeeping, wildlife, engineering, travel and so much more.

Maddie Moate has been the host of BBC Earth’s YouTube channel ‘Earth Unplugged’, for the past five years. During this time she’s got stuck in, hatching alligators, swimming with dinosaurs, feeding reindeer and most recently, interviewing Sir David Attenborough Live on the Blue Carpet for the Blue Planet 2 world premiere.

Maddie Moate’s curious adventures took her into the world of TV in 2016. ‘Do You Know?’ is a new CBeebies series which sees Maddie exploring how every day objects work and are made! Featuring awesome animations and special camera technology. Following the success of series one, a second series has been filmed and is set to air early 2018!
